1. “Dinakdakan”

Bimbimbop style, a Vizcayano delicacy of Pork masks, ears and cheeks sizzled on a Bimbimbop pot with fresh diced onion, green chilies, julienne carrots and garlic aioli

2. “Inabraw”

Our very iconic Ilocano vegetable soup. A fragrant broth of fish, tomatoes and onion, with a medley of local exotic ilocano vegetables namely Pallang (winged beans), baby okra, u-ong (mushrooms), kabatiti (gourd), sabong ti karabasa (squash flowers) and kalunay (spinach). Served with its “sagpaw” or the whole fried tilapia that flavored the broth.
